The Region’s Attractions

Osada Sudecka is visited by tourists from different parts of the country and abroad.

Góry Stołowe (Table Mountains) on the Polish side, as well as those on the Czech side, old castles with rich history, numerous museums and beautiful ski slopes in Lądek - Zdrój, Czarna Góra ( Black Mountain), in Zieleniec or in the Orlické Mountains, mountain bike routes, hiking trails, winding motorcycle routes are only a substitute for what the region offers.

Lądek-Zdrój resort is located in the south-western part of the country, in the region called the Kłodzko Land.

The town has developed in the valley of the central White Lądecka River, which is the border separating the Golden Mountains (from the south and east) and the Śnieżnik Massif (from the north and west).
The climate of Lądek is frmed by its location among the mountains and their barrier against damp and cold air masses.

There is a mountain-bottom climatic zone, the highest rated in terms of climatotherapeutic values
, and the climate is described as mild, with wide adaptability for many people.

Lądek-Zdrój is a health resort.

The exceptionality of this place is a combination of mild mountain climate, clean air, beautiful natural landscapes and the benefits of nature, which are the local thermal waters with unique properties.

The mild mountain climate, although very stimulating, has a tonic effect on the nervous system and also allows you to calm down and relax.

The real pearl is Zdrój Wojciech, which was built on the spring - like another Natural Medicine Institute - Jerzy.
