The best place in Poland!
We come for the second time, a fantastic place with wonderful nature and a fabulous atmosphere. For a long time we were looking for such a holiday home for the whole family and finally we found the perfect one. For the first time after reading the description of the building's equipment we still came with towels and plates, just in case. Our experience shows that the description was always different from reality. This time we came with only backpacks, the house is very well prepared! You really don't have to take anything with you except your things! The natural fireplace has just conquered us. This is another golden advantage among all other similar offers. 2 minutes walk to the ski slope. Everything is just wonderful! Special thanks to the hosts for wonderful time! It is rare to meet people who welcome their guests with such care. Our rating is 100, but the portal allows us to rate only 10 🙂 There's no need to accuse, perfect place, great cottages, perfect service.

Osada Sudecka is located in a very charming place, practically at the end of Lądek-Zdrój and near the Czech border. The area of the settlement is beautifully landscaped and the owner still has ideas for further amenities. The houses are spacious and tastefully decorated, mostly made of wood. The cottage has a fireplace and wood. If someone feels like it, they can also grill on the terrace or light a fire in a designated place. Being in the area you can hear mainly birds and the sounds of the forest. The cars pass with the frequency of 1 per hour. The owner Ela is interested and always available for her guests, which is quite unique and positively surprised us. From the windows of the house there is a view of a beautiful forest and mountains. The place is very charming, a good starting point for hiking and biking trips. You can cycle on the mountains in the terrain (there are marked out single track paths for mtb) as well as on the road. The sights are such that it is impossible to say it, but you have to have a form to go up the hills. You can also take a trip to the Czech Republic, but rather on wheels.

The cottages are beautiful, climatic and cosy, and they are neat, clean and equipped with everything necessary. On a comfortable couch by the fireplace you want to spend long, lazy hours, and on the veranda sunny mornings 😉 The surrounding area is calm, green and very close to the exit to the mountains (with a phenomenal panorama of the surrounding peaks about 5 minutes drive up the road), and at the same time the centre of the town can be reached on foot in several minutes. I recommend both romantic trips and family trips, at any time of the year - we were absolutely not discouraged by the Mayan cold and blizzard 🙂

It was supposed to be still snow..which would definitely make the place fabulous. The snow Has disappeared, but I will tell you – if someone is looking for peace and quiet and would like to „recharge the batteries for health” – I really recommend the Sudecka Settlement! Wooden house..the smell of natural wood – really great! Fully equipped cabins and wonderful fireplace! So beautiful atmosphere!!!! And this BANIA!!! Incredibly!!! In this bania you can sit indefinitely!😉

Wooden houses with a fireplace equipped perfectly, the owner has thought through every detail of the equipment - including the package for the forgetful:) (coffee). Beautifully finished interiors, comfortable beds, everything smelling of wood. Huge terrace, cottages located in a picturesque part of Lądek, ideal location for hiking in the forest and by bicycle trails. Climatic, at night you can see the sky beautifully, the location of the plot by the forest itself. I recommend it to everyone. In my opinion, the best in Lower Silesia, peace and quiet and an ideal place to break away from the hustle and bustle of the city.Kata Rzyna

Osada Sudecka is an ideal place to relax away from hustle and bustle of the city. It is so quiet there! 😍 There is also a forest path for walking enthusiasts right next door. From behind the window you can see the ski slope and about 10 km away there is another slope – Czarna Góra. When you are in settlement, you must take a hot bath in bania, which is situated outside the log cabin. The evenings by the fireplace are really wonderful!
The owner is very nice – she serves good advice about must-see places and around Lądek itself. I highly recommend!Kamila Tryniszewska
