Osada Sudecka is located in a quiet place in the resort Lądek-Zdrój, in the spa zone with a view of the ski slope and Czarna Góra, surrounded by forests and meadows.
The Zdrojowy Park, where the charming Wojciech Zdroj is located, can be reached by foot - about 6 minutes walk.
Staying in Osada is an ideal place for people seeking silence and contact with nature - birds singing, squirrels visiting the hazel trees next to the cottages.
Beautiful cycling and walking routes and a paradise for motorcyclists.
The distance from the settlement to the Czech Republic is about 6 km.
Two log cabins are available for guests
(each with an area of approx. 70 m²) connected to large terraces, from which we will descend to the garden with wooden stairs. In the attic, the marriage room has a balcony.
The log cabins are fully equipped. Each of them has a living room with fireplace and kitchen, bathroom, 2 rooms in the patio (including one double room), at the bottom of the living room ther is a comfortable sofa bed for two.
Each log cabin is adapted for 6 people - family, friends, business partners.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, pots, pans, glasses , cutlery, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, pressure coffee maker.In the living room there is a TV set. In the chalets wifi is available.
For an extra charge, the guests can enjoy the bath in the garden in a tube with hot water. It is a true paradise for body and soul - in summer you can enjoy the starry sky, listen to birds and beetles singing. In winter you can also harden yourself using snow baths. The ovens are wood-fired.
Guests receive additional towels and bathrobes. In the garden for guests there is a place for a bonfire with an adjustable grill, where you can bake delicious trout from the nearby farm. Barbecues are also available on the terraces of the cottages.
Our Osada was built in a natural way, using the resources of the place where it was built.
All paths, stairs, facades, chimneys and fireplaces were made of gneiss, which was extracted during construction.
The garden is natural, friendly to people, animals and birds - no chemicals have ever been used, and the garden was created in harmony with nature.
The air is very clean and refreshing.
Water comes from the own drilled well and has very good properties - it can be easily drunk without boiling.
In the care of the nature and purity of the water, the area of the settlement has been equipped with ecological wastewater treatment plants.
